Delivery Policy
Fedora Apparel delivers within Lusaka, Zambia. Orders are prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Delivery fees vary depending on the customer's delivery area and the available delivery option. The exact delivery fee will be confirmed with the customer on WhatsApp before the order is finalised.
Customers may also arrange collection from our Lusaka boutique. Collection details will be shared once the order is confirmed.
We send order, delivery, and collection updates directly via WhatsApp. Please provide the correct delivery address and phone number when placing your order.
Payment options include Mobile Money and bank transfer.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your Fedora Apparel purchase. If there is a concern with your order, please contact our team on WhatsApp as soon as possible after receiving it.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging where applicable. Requests are reviewed by our team before an exchange or return is approved.
For hygiene and quality reasons, selected accessories or items that have been worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Size Guide
Getting the right fit matters. Use the guide below to take your measurements and find your size. Sizes can vary between items depending on fabric, cut, and style — always check the product description for garment-specific sizing notes.
How to measure
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Do not pull tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.
Hips
Stand with feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 20 cm below your waistline.
Inseam
Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the ankle bone. Best measured with a well-fitting pair of trousers or with help.
